Sebastian Bach, the very-busy frontman who is playing solo shows and soon slated to begin performing as the new lead vocalist and frontman for Twisted Sister, says he is working on his next solo album. Bach released the very solid Child Within The Man album in 2024, his first release in 10 years, but appears ready to do the follow up much sooner.

“I’m starting to get the itch to do a new studio album,” Bach told Ultimate Classic Rock, in an interview released today. “My last one, Child Within the Man, came out in 2024 and I’ve made the first step, which is creating a Dropbox folder for Bruiser [Brody], my guitar player; Fede [Delfino], my bass player and Paris [Bach], my drummer, who’s my son.”

Like many musicians these days, Bach records ideas — often into his phone — then shares them with bandmates or collaborators via Dropbox or other cloud storage systems. The files grow and as ideas are fleshed out, they turn into demos, and then into fully-produced studio songs.

Bach has a lot of concert dates scheduled through the fall — including his run as the frontman for Twisted Sister (due to Dee Snider retiring from touring for medical reasons). Still he hopes to get the new album out before the end of 2026.
